Once an order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm that I’ve received it. As soon as I receive confirmation that your payment has been made, I’ll start to process your order.
Once your print is ready, I’ll safely roll it and place it inside a hard tube for protection and send you an email to let you know that it’s on it’s way.
I aim to dispatch your print(s) within 7 business days of receipt of payment however, all prints are made on a per order basis and as such may take longer as I do not hold stock. I will advise you of any considerable delay.
My opening hours (business days) are Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
I use Stripe as our merchant for payments. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.
Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs. Here at Lesley Gray Photography, we don’t see or handle your payment details.
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email with a receipt confirming your payment. You will not be sent a paper receipt.
I use the UK Post Office for postage and delivery on all orders.
For print orders placed within the UK, I use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Your print(s) should arrive within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch and will require a signature upon delivery to you.
For all worldwide orders, I use Royal Mail International Signed For. Within Europe your print(s) should arrive within 5 working days after dispatch. For the rest of the world, please allow 10 working days after dispatch.
Please understand that I cannot guarantee these delivery times. These times are aimed for by the UK Post Office.
For orders that are being posted outside of the EU, I am required to complete a customs declaration form. Please note that additional customs charges may be applied once the parcel has entered your country. These charges must be met by you.
I do not aim to make a profit from postage, packaging or delivery charges.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your print does not arrive or is damaged upon arrival please contact me so that I can liaise with The Post Office to resolve this for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your print when it arrives, you may return it to me within 14 working days (after receipt) for a full refund including delivery. Please contact me before hand to let me know that you are unhappy with your print and why. If I cannot resolve this for you, the print must be returned to me in saleable condition with the necessary postal insurance to cover loss or damage. You will be responsible for the cost of return. Your refund will be paid to you as soon as possible after I receive the returned print.
It is important to note that colour, brightness and contrast vary greatly from monitor to monitor. Please understand that your print may not look exactly as you see it on your own monitor at home. My photographs have been digitally processed with the precise calibration set on my own monitor for optimum colour and saturation and as such may not match what you see on yours. Rest assured that the print you will receive has the precise colouring that I, as the photographer, have intended.
